Congratulations to Jonathan Cobb, Tuesday night shooter on the MDP Firearms Instructors team, for achieving his first score of 25 on 6/11/24. He's been trying for this for a long time, having shot many, many 24s! Did you know that HCGC has a long tradition of honoring shooters who achieve their first perfect score with a special hat shoot-off? Several clay birds are put into the hat the shooter provides and it is catapulted or thrown into the air with anyone who wants to participate taking a shot at it. In addition, the club provides the shooter's first 25 patch. We're all happy for Jonathan and we hope a lot more shooters achieve this milestone.
